KEVIN

Hi! I’m Kevin Yuan. I am an elite level Powerlifter, Personal Trainer / Strength Coach and Strength Educator. I coach general population all the way through to elite level athletes specialising in strength development, human movement, muscle building and fat loss.

I started my journey in health & fitness at the age of 13 in 2007 where I trained with weights to achieve a goal of fat loss - this lead to me competing in my first powerlifting competition in 2012 at the age of 18. My results were a 190kg squat, 126kg bench press and 230kg deadlift. Although these results were not amazing, I was extremely proud of my achievement, and this sparked an interest in continuing my powerlifting journey and a career in the fitness industry.

The following year I started studying for my Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science from 2014 till 2018. As I began my career as a personal trainer, I continued competing in the sport of powerlifting in multiple State, National and World title competitions from 2014, as well as being invited to the highest level powerlifting competitions in Australia. I have broken multiple records and hold the current Australian U100 3-Lift Bench Press record. In 2016, I took a small break in powerlifting to compete in bodybuilding shows such as Arnold Classic AU, IFBB NSW States and Nationals all in the same year.

I coach one on one as well as group classes, people of all ages, genders and skill levels to achieve their goals in fat loss, strength gain, physique development and rehabilitation and my strength as a coach is my in depth understanding of human movement and lifting technique, which helps me achieve outstanding results with all of my clients and students. As an educator, I run mentorship programs for gyms where I help upskill personal trainers to ensure the level of coaching remains high. I am an online coach and a coach at one of the highest regarded strength facilities in Australia - Base Gym and Strength System Online.

ADRIAN

Hi, I’m Adrian Bogdanovski. I'm a competitive powerlifter, personal trainer and basketball enthausist (Go the Bulls!!🤘🏼)

I specailise in coaching both male and female general population through a better understanding of the fundamentals of weight training and movement patterns.

💪🏻 I started playing basketball in 2006 at the age of 9. By the age of 15 I was competing at a National level. However, I sustained a major back injury which led me to weight training as a form of rehabilitation. After my first year of training, I decided enter a bodybuilding
competition to give myself a goal to work towards - I ended up placing top 5. This was both physically and mentally challenging and I was extremely proud of myself regardless of result. In 2019, I entered my first powerlifting under the guidance of
@_kevinyuan - my lifts were 200kg squat, 155kg bench and 200kg deadlift. I have been competing in powerlifting and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future.

🎓 In 2016, I completed my Advance Dipola of Fitness. Although I did not pursue my career in the industry industry straight away, I have been heavily involved with it since then and have not stopped learning. As a coach, my goal is empower my clients through an in-depth understanding on the proper technique when resistance training. I strongly believe the better understand my clients have of resistance training, the better results they will achieve and maintain through their whole life.

ALLY

Hi I’m Alyrah Forrest but you can just call me Ally 👋🏻 I’m a personal trainer, dog lover (pug life) and one of Australia’s strongest woman 💪🏻

I specialise in women’s strength training, body composition (toning up) and powerlifting. I believe everyone has the potential to reach their goals regardless of what life has given them, you just have to find the right routine!

All my life I’ve been engulfed in physical activity starting from 4 where my parents put me into dancing and gymnastics (it helps when your parents are coaches too). From there I ventured towards competitive cheerleading, bodybuilding and finally settled into powerlifting where I am currently Australia’s #2 ranked drug-tested female.
