ππ» Hi, Iβm Kevin Yuan. I'm an elite level Powerlifter, personal trainer / strength coach and strength educator. I coach general population all the way through to elite level athletes specialising in strength development, human movement, muscle building and fat loss.
ππ»ββοΈ My fitness journey started in 2007 where I was introduced to weight lifting by my brother. At the time, it was just a means to lose weight but later developed into an obsession with strength training. This led to me competing in my first powerlifting competition in 2012 at the age of 18, taking 3 national records.
π The following year I started studying my Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sport Science. As I began my career as a personal trainer, I continued competing in the sport of powerlifting in multiple State, National and World title competitions from 2014 (to current), as well as being invited to some of the highest level powerlifting competitions in Australia. I have broken multiple records and hold the current Australian U100 3-Lift Bench Press record. In 2016, I took a small break in powerlifting to compete in bodybuilding shows such as Arnold Classic AU, IFBB NSW States and Nationals.

I specailise in coaching both male and female general population through a better understanding of the fundamentals of weight training and movement patterns.
πͺπ» I started playing basketball when I was 9 years old. By 15, I was competing at a National level. However, I sustained a major back injury which led me to weight training as a form of rehabilitation. After my first year of training, I decided enter a bodybuilding competition to give myself a goal to work towards. This was both physically and mentally challenging and I was extremely proud of myself. In 2019, I entered my first powerlifting under the guidance of Kevin and have been competing ever since.
π In 2016, I completed my Advance Dipola of Fitness. Although I did not pursue my career in the industry industry straight away, I have been heavily involved with it since then and have not stopped learning. As a coach, my goal is empower my clients through an in-depth understanding on proper technique when resistance training. I strongly believe the better understand my clients have of resistance training, the better results they will achieve and maintain through their whole life.
ππ» Hi, Iβm Alyrah Forrest but you can call me Ally. I am a competitive powerlifter, personal trainer and I love dancing. I specialise in womenβs strength training, body composition and functional training.
πͺπ» Fitness has always been apart of my life, I started gymnastics at the age of 2. It continued into competitive dance & cheerleading where we were introduced to weight training. In 2019, I entered my first bodybuilding competition and then decided to give powerlifting a go. Fast forward a few years later, I am now ranked #2 in my weight category as well as #10 overall strongest female in Australia!
π In 2016, I completed my Cert III & IV in fitness and the rest is history. As someone who is considered an athlete, I understand that not everyone has the luxury of time. Instead of creating βthe perfect planβ which is not always followed, I work with my clients to create a sustainable schedule that will allow them to reach their goals while still maintaining the lifestyle they have.
